Had the great pleasure of visiting Roxys Gin Palace on Satudary 19th with 2 very good freinds. Fantastic to see Roxy holding her usual style of banter and myrth.  What a Fantastic DJ and Drag Act Pudsley has become, he was brilliant, bounced off Roxy and the 2 of them just worked together with ease?  Like a sock and a shoe, made for each other, CREDIT to Be Roxy and Pudsley, fantastic act, looked good and were Bloody Brilliant.  Roxys Venue is certainly the best of the ITP empire, Brilliant Mangers Adam and Ged, great staff, quick fast polite and pleasant and didnt rip you off, 4 rounds bought, same price each and every time makes a change.  And oh dear sadness I told that Bar staff Lorna is leaving, what a shame, a bright, loveable, girl who is always polite freindly and a credit to roxys and herself.  Shame shes going as is her other half Isla, off to pastures new. They will both be sadly missed by all the clients at Roxys.  Once again a big thanks to all the staff, managers, Pudsley and of Course the Fabulous Queen of Queen Street Herself Miss Roxy Hart. Well done Guys Great Night.  Dont supose anyone will read this or comment, as no one uses this site no more, but thought I would give credit were its defo due.

I hate to say this but the carpets in Flamingo`s are in desperate need of cleaning..... if you are leaning on the rails your feet become firmly attached to the carpet. As the club is not open Tues, could the place not be cleaned and carpets shampooed on a monthly or 2monthly basis.

We`re hosting a charity extravaganza here at Funny Girls on Monday in aid of local charity Donna`s Dream House, all proceeds raised go to helping fund the home for terminally ill children that are too poorly to travel abroad.
Special guests include the wonderful Funny Girls cast and Miss Betty Legs Diamond, appearances from The Cheeky Girls, Craig Chalmers (Any Dream Will Do) plus Leanne Fury and Jana (Courtesy of Blackpool Tower).

With lots of prizes to be won and a good cause its going to be a fun and entertaining evening for all.
